I think we are the only community with a very large retirement community. And, does commuting to Hesperia and Victorville count as commuting? Don't most of Victorville's doctors, lawyers, and other professionals live in Apple Valley? Just my thoughts as to why the statistic may be skewed because we certainly don't have many high paying jobs in Apple Valley.
